Some places are notorious for attracting paranormal activity.
We got drawn to the unexplained events (starting with how the materials for St Oswald's Church moved from the intended site to the recent sightings of Roundheads) at Winwick in Warrington.

In 1925, passengers left their coach to spend a penny only to have the urge to get back on after witnessing a dozen Roundheads.
In 1949, rugby fans legged it after three Roundheads appeared in a misty field. They looked as real as the onlookers. What's more amazing is they watched the Roundheads for half an hour. This picture provides the ideal setting for them to appear again.
